Benefits of dark chocolate

Chocolate is made from the bean of the cocoa plant and powder. Dark chocolate is produced by adding cocoa butter to sugar and cocoa powder.
Unlike milk chocolate, dark chocolate does not contain any milk. White chocolate is made only by cocoa butter, sugar and milk but it doesn’t have chocolate or cocoa powder at all.
Which means, white chocolate is not really chocolate at all. Dark chocolate also has many benefits on health. It can lower your stress, anxiety and lowers blood pressure. So, if you want to eat any chocolate. You should eat the dark one.
