Following these steps will help you cook Papaya Salad easier. First, you have to peel a green papaya and shred it in a bowl. If you want your sliced papayas to be fresh and more crunchy, you can rest them in cool water for 20 minutes before cooking. Next, you have to prepare the other ingredients which include long beans, tomatoes and limes by washing them, and then cutting the long bean into matchstick-sized shreds and chopping the tomatoes and limes into halves or quarters. The third step, you need to put some garlic and chilies in the mortar and crush them by the pastel until them are all crushed and mixed. When you are done the third step, now you have to put the other ingredients which are sliced green papayas , long beans and chopped tomatoes into the mortar, then you can reason your Papaya Salad by adding some fish sauce, sugar, lime and fermented fish. Next, it is time to mix them, so you can mix them in the mortar and beating them by the pastel lightly ,and continue beating until you think that all ingredients mixed well. The original taste of this dish should be the balance taste between sweet, spicy, salty, and sour. The sixth step is putting your Papaya Salad in a dish or a bowl ,and then decorating your dish with fresh vegetables that you like such as carrots, cucumbers or winged beans. Finally, your Papaya Salad is done and ready for serving, now you can serve it with good presentation and eat it up. These steps are very easy to follow and will help you cook Papaya Salad better and easier.
