Going outdoors is good for both physical and mental health, such as swimming or even just walking in the park.
I usually stay in my home whenever I have free time, but recently I go out a lot. In the past few weeks, there is not a day that I will not go outside. Sometime even if I do not have any reason to go outside, I will go anyway and by that I’m feeling better than usual. At first, I think that It’s maybe just my imagination, but I looked into it and found many researches that it’s true. So that’s mean going outside is really benefit to both physical and mental health in many ways.
