My happy day

Today I am so happy even though everything cannot be like I want it. I woke up at 8 am. and I had waited for 30 mins to work out in the morning. suddenly, I heard my mother called me to ate breakfast, so she broke my first plan. I ate slowly and properly, I tried to stick with my plan as much as I could. Everything went well until I ate lots of foods that cooked with oil. However, in the evening I got a chance to exercise, it was the only thing that made me happy.
