Afternoon napping Empty Afternoon napping

Sleepy is really bad if you are going to do something really important in the day, like working or meeting.
Feeling exhausted or sleepy after waking up is normal. Only if, you didn’t have enough sleep. What do you have to do when that happen?
The answer is to take a little nap in the afternoon to catch up on your lost sleep. Doing that will help you with the exhaustion and also make you feel better to do things.
But the amount of time shouldn't be too long because it'll affect your night sleep by making it hard than usual.
So, if you happen to be in somewhere or situation that you can take a little nap, please do.
