Living in a house

I think living in a house is more comfortable than living in a condominium or dormitory. In my opinion, there are many reasons indicating that the house is better than a condominium or dormitory. The first reason is you can design the size and the position of each room in your house. By consulting with the engineer while building your house, you can tell the engineer the position of each room such as bedroom next to the bathroom or kitchen at the back of the house and you can choose whether you want to build a big or small house. The second reason is that you can have a private parking lot, a garden or a swimming pool in a house. The third reason is that you can own pets in your house because there is no prohibition. The last reason is that there is no disturbance and noise from some individuals who live next to your room because all the house's area is yours.
