This summer I have a plan to lose weight because I have a lot of free time. First, I start to plan what I have to eat every meal. I should eat food properly. Next, I plan to exercise every day in the morning, I want a six-pack. I think my legs are too big, I find the videos on youtube and work out follow them. I need to stick with my plan, it will make me reach my goal and have a balanced body.
