As we are at home to self quarantine, I have some easy steps to show you about workout. It is very easy to do by yourself at home. Firstly, you have to stretch your muscles. Then, jog around your house for ten to twenty minutes. Next, you can use your body weight for squat, sitting up and pushing up. Lastly, don’t forget to stretch your muscles to reduce lactic acids. You can do it easily for thirty to forty minutes by following these steps.
