I always wake up and go to sleep in many differnt time every day which is like I am experiencing jet lag without going on board. I have class begining at 9 A.M.- 4 P.M. in weekday, but I always go to bed late. It makes me feel so tired when I wake up in next morning and go to study inactively. On the other hand, in weekend I always go to bed late and also wake up late that makes my schedule full of confusion. In conclusion, going to bed and wake up in many diffrent time can cause horrible artificial jet lag.
